四肢骨关节骨折的CT三维重建价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨四肢骨关节骨折的ＣＴ 三维重建临床价值。方法　３１ 例骨关节骨折病例做了螺旋ＣＴ 三维重建，分析图象表现，并与Ｘ 线平片对照。结果　ＣＴ三维重建能直观、立体、多角度准确显示骨折的部位、类型、严重程度及移位情况，明显优于Ｘ 线平片检查。结论　四肢骨关节骨折的ＣＴ 三维重建检查有很大的临床价值，能够对治疗方案的选择及患者预后的估计提供帮助。Purpose To investigate the clinical value of CT three dimensional reconstruction in extremital bone and joint fractures.Methods Spiral CT scans were performed in 31 cases of extremital bone and jonit fractures.CT findings were reviewed and compared with that of plain film.Results CT three dimensional reconstruction examination of bone and joint fractures was obviously superior to plain radiography.The location,type,severity and the displacement of fragments were demonstrated directperception,solid,more angle correctly on CT three dimensional reconstruction.Conclusion CT three dimensional reconstruction examination of extremital bone and joint fracture could provide help on choosing therapeautic method and evaluating prognosis.
