摘 要:丹酚酸是丹参的重要活性成分,主要包括丹酚酸B、丹参素、迷迭香酸和原儿茶醛等,具有显著的药理活性。近年来,有关丹酚酸的体内药代动力学研究已日趋活跃,本文总结分析了近年来国内外有关丹酚酸药代动力学的研究,主要包括丹酚酸在体内吸收、分布、代谢和排泄的过程。中药或复方是个复杂的化学体系,其单味药成分间与复方组分间可能存在拮抗、协同或转化等作用。文中归纳总结了丹酚酸成分间和复方配伍组分间相互影响研究,为丹酚酸系列药物的应用开发提供科学依据。As the main type of compounds from Salviae Miltiorrhizae,salvinolic acids are water-soluble components which mainly composed of salvianolic acid B,Danshensu,rosmarinic acid and so on,and have remarkable pharmacological effects.In recent years,more researches had focused on the pharmacokinetics of salvianolic acids.In this article,we summarized the pharmacokinetic studies of salvinolic acids,namely their absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion(ADME).TCM and prescriptions have synergistic effects that may diminish the possible adverse reactions.Therefore,we summarized the studies on interactions between the main components of salvianolic acids and compound compatibility that have been studied by domestic and oversea investigators.These will provide scientific basis for the development and application of series of alvianolic acids.
