摘　　要：根据实际生产的需要,在HZC-1Z车床上加工汽车用小型短圆柱滚子轴承。由于外夹盘的部分结构与车床不配套,对其进行了改进,在生产中保证了产品质量,满足了使用要求。In view of the need of practical production,the HZC-1Z lathe was applied to processing the small-sized short cylindrical roller bearing used for automobiles.The outer chuck was improved because it was not compatible with the lathe in partial structure.At the end the product quality during manufacture was ensured and the demands of use were met also.
