摘 要:采用亲核取代方法制备了正极材料三聚磷腈复合硫,并以金属锂为负极组装成扣式模拟电池。红外吸收光谱及XRD实验表明:材料为聚磷腈与硫的混合物,聚磷腈主要以无定形态存在;循环伏安、恒流充放电测试表明:复合材料中溶入到电解液中的多硫离子的氧化还原过程是电化学迟缓过程,复合材料吸附及驻留了部分电解液,对"飞梭效应"有抑制作用;交流阻抗谱测试表明,复合材料中硫已经在聚磷腈基质中得到高度分散。Sulfur-triphosphazene composites as cathode for lithium batteries was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution,and coin cells were assembled with metal lithium as anode.The prepared material was characterized by IR spectrum and XRD test.The results showed that the material was a mixture of triphosphazene and sulfur and triphosphazene was present as amorphous form.Results of cyclic voltammetry,charge/discharge test showed that the oxidation-reduction process of the polysulfides dissolved in the electrolyte was electrochemical sluggish.Some electrolyte was sucked and stationed in the composites,which alleviated the "shuttle effect".The results of smpedance spectrum verified that sulfur had been highly dispersed in matrix of triphosphazene.
