康复治疗应用于社区中重度COPD患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区康复治疗对改善中重度COPD患者肺功能和运动能力的临床意义。方法 234名中重度COPD患者作为研究对象,根据病情严重程度分为A组(Ⅱ级COPD,78人),B组(Ⅲ级COPD,80人)和C组(Ⅳ级COPD,76人),给予主要内容为呼吸操和运动训练的社区肺康复治疗。结果康复治疗前后3组患者肺功能变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),均处于各自水平的稳定状态;3组SGRQ和6MWD均有显著性改善(P<0.01),Borg有所改善,但无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论社区康复治疗应用于中、重度COPD患者,可以稳定病情,改善患者运动能力,值得临床考虑。Objective To explore the clinical meaning of rehabilitation therapy for improving the lung function and locomotivity of medium and weight patients with COPD in community.Methods 234 cases of patients medium and weight patients with COPD as studied object were randomly divided into group A（COPD Ⅱ：78 cases）,group B（COPD Ⅲ：80 cases） and group C（COPD Ⅳ：76 cases）,and given rehabilitation therapy of community that mainly were breathing exercise and exercise training.Results Lung function of all groups had no significant changes after therapy（P〉0.05）,and keep in stable sates of each level.The SGRQ and 6MWD of all groups had significant changes after therapy（P〈0.01）.Borg of all groups had part of improving,but no signif icant changes（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy of community used for medium and weight patients with COPD,can make the disease stable and improve locomotivity,so it deserved considering in clinical work.
