浅谈质量管理体系持续改进的策略与措施

摘　　要：持续改进是管理体系自身完善与提高的关键手段,而针对性地改进实施则需要采取一定的策略与措施。本文从建立改进机制、确定改进重点、落实改进动力、创新管理模式四个方面,对实验室持续改进的策略和措施进行了阐述。以主动寻求改进机会,有重点的改进,褒奖激励落实改进动力,创新体系运行模式等策略,结合实验室自身实际,采取灵活可行的改进措施,逐步实现实验室持续改进的目标。建议将落实改进动力、创新管理模式作为实验室持续改进的共识来实施。Continual improvement is the key mean of consummating and enhancing management system by itself,where a certain pertinence strategy and measures should be executed.In this paper,strategy and measures for laboratory continual improvement were expatiated in four sides,including developing mechanisms,fixing on focus,ensuring motivity and innovating management model,etc.In order to achieve the target of improvement in steps,improving measures were executed flexibly by seeking chances actively,improving focus problems as a priority,making compliment and encourage instead of criticism,introducing other system theories and methods,while combined with practice of author＇s lab.In finally,ensuring motivity and innovating management model were recommended to execute as a consensus on continual improvement in our laboratory.
