痰热清注射液与临床113种药物的配伍实验

摘　　要：目的探讨痰热清注射液与临床113种药物的配伍实验。方法将痰热清注射液分别与临床常用的113种药物进行配伍实验,观察混合后的混浊、沉淀情况。结果痰热清注射液分别与硫酸妥布霉素、硫酸庆大霉素、10%葡萄糖酸钙混合后出现混浊沉淀,加热不溶解;痰热清注射液与23种药物出现混浊沉淀,加热可溶解,放冷后沉淀。实验中出现"↓↓↓"阳性率为2.65%(3/113),出现"↓-↓"阳性率为20.35%(23/113),出现"-"76.99%(87/113),三者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射配伍出现沉淀率高达23%,所以临床上应用药物时应尽量单独使用,且不能与上述发生沉淀的药物进行配伍使用。Objective To learn the compatibility experiment of injection of expelling phlegm and heat and 113 kinds of clinic drugs.Methods A compatibility experiment of injection of expelling phlegm and heat were made with 113 kinds of clinic drugs,and the state of muddy and sediment after mixing were observed.Results Injection of expelling phlegm and heat can have sediment,could＇t dissolve when heating,after mixing with tobramycin sulfate,gentamicin sulphate and 10% calcium gluconate.Injection of expelling phlegm and heat can have sediment,could dissolve when heating and deposit when chilling,after mixing with 23 drugs.The positive rate of ＂↓↓↓＂ was 2.65%（3/113）and ＂↓-↓＂ was 20.35%（23/113）and ＂-＂ was 76.99%（87/113）,their diverse had statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The compatibility of injection of expelling phlegm and heat has 23% rate of deposition.Thus,injection of expelling phlegm and heat should use solely as far as possible and not use with above drugs which can turn out muddy and sediment.
