南德温肉牛冻精杂交改良效果试验分析

摘　　要：[目的]为了观察试验不同肉牛品种杂交改良效果。[方法]选择胎次、膘情和年龄接近,健康无病、饲养管理条件基本相同的经产西杂母牛80头,随机分为Ⅰ和Ⅱ两组,每组40头。Ⅰ组的40头基础母牛选用南德温牛冻精授配改良,即:南德温(♂)×西杂(♀)杂交组合(简称南西杂组);Ⅱ组的40头采用西门塔尔牛冻精授配改良技术,即:西门塔尔杂交组合(简称西杂组)。产犊后均以出生为顺序,选择公、母各20头测量初生、6月龄、12月龄体尺、体重及日增重。[结果]表明,南西杂组公母犊牛体尺、初生重均值高于西杂组,差异不显著(P>0.05);但6月龄、12月龄,南西杂组公母犊牛在体尺、体重、日增重上极显著高于西杂组(P<0.01)。【Objective】The aim was to know the crossbreed and improvement effect of different frozen semen utilized in the South Devon beef cattle.【Method】80 Simmental hybrid cows were selected with the similar parity,body condition lactation,age,healthy,feeding and management condition,then randomly divided into two groups,each group with 40 cattle.Cows in groupⅠ was mated by South Devon cattle,that is,South Devon cattle（♂）×Simmental hybrid（♀）;Cows in group Ⅱ was mated by frozen semen of Simmental.The body size and weight,daily gain weight of newborn,6-month and 12-month old of 20 male and 20 female cattle were measured according the order of borth.【Result】The result showed that body size and birth weight of calves in group Ⅰ were higher than those of groupⅡ,the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）.But the body size and weight and daily gain weigh of calves at six-month old,12-months old in groupⅠwere significant higher than those of groupⅡ（P〈0.01）.
