摘　　要：论文通过概述个人数字图书馆的概念、服务功能和使用情况,分析总结影响个人数字图书馆普及使用的技术因素和非技术因素,为个人数字图书馆的建设和发展提供理论参考。By summarizing the concept, the service functions and the usage conditions of the personal digital libraries, this paper summarizes the technical factors and the non-technical factors that affect the universal access to personal digital libraries. Finally it provides some theoretical references for the construction and development of personal digital libraries.
