摘 要:针对光伏电源接入点处线路上不同区域的故障,对其馈线各处保护的影响进行了定性分析。利用PSCAD/EMTDC建立含光伏电源的配电网算例模型,在各种不同故障位置情况下,通过对传统配电网保护的影响进行仿真分析,计算并绘出光伏电源注入容量变化时,模型各处保护的电流与电压的变化情况。结果表明,配电网中接入光伏电源后,电流保护按原有的整定原则将不再正确反应于故障,需要重新整定动作电流和动作时限,并根据光伏电源注入容量实现保护的自适应整定。Aiming at line failures in different regions of access point for the photovoltaic power,the influence on the protection of its feeder is analyzed qualitatively.Using PSCAD/EMTDC to establish numerical examples of distribution networks with photovoltaic power,in the situation of different fault locations,through the simulation analysis of the impact on protection of the traditional distribution network,the changes of current and voltage throughout the model are calculated and described when the injection capacity of photovoltaic power is changing.The results show that the current protection will no longer correctly response to faults according to original setting principles in the distribution network with photovoltaic power,it needs to re-set operating current and the action time,and achieve the self-tuning of protection in accordance with the injection capacity of photovoltaic power.
