异泊酚与咪唑安定对下肢血管手术凝血功能影响对比

摘　　要：目的比较异泊酚和咪唑安定对下肢血管手术患者围术期凝血功能的影响。方法 ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级择期全麻下行下肢血管手术的患者60例,分为异泊酚组和咪唑安定组。麻醉前30 min、术后1 h采血测定凝血功能指标:KPTT、PT、TT、AT-Ⅲ及血小板参数(PLT、MPV和PDW)。结果异泊酚给药前后凝血功能未见统计学差异,MPV、PDW在给药后1 h出现明显增加;咪唑安定给药前后凝血功能及血小板参数差异均无统计学意义。结论异泊酚对血小板聚集有抑制作用,但不抑制凝血功能;咪唑安定不抑制血小板功能也不抑制凝血功能。Objective To compare the effect of propofol with midazolam on blood coagulation functions. Methods KPTT, PT, TT and AT - m and platelet function index （PLT, MPV, PDW）were mdasnred in 30 patients of two groups （propo- fol group and midazolam group）during intravenous anesthesia. Results Blood coagulation function before and after adminis- tration was not significantly different between the two groups. But MPV and PDW were all significantly increased after adminis- tration of propofol. Conclusion Propofol inhibits platelet function even though did not affect blood coagulation and midazolam had no effect on both platelet function and blood coagulation.
