腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术临床体会

摘　　要：目的免气腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术的手术技巧。方法对2005年6月～2010年8月11例先天性无阴道在笔者所在医院采用行免气腹腔镜下行腹膜代阴道成形术6例(腹腔镜组),开腹腹膜代阴道成形术5例(开腹组),两组患者的手术情况、阴道情况以及性生活满意度进行比较。结果两组手术均获成功,两组阴道长度及性生活满意度无明显差异(P>0.05),腹腔镜组手术时间短、术后下床时间早,肛门排气早,住院时间短,术中出血少,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免气腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术具有创伤小。术后恢复快,术后腹部无明显瘢痕,既微创又美观,值得推广。Objective To study the surgery skill about peritoneum generation of vagina forming technique under the gasless Laparoscopy. Methods From June 2005 to August 2010, 11 cases of congenital absense of vagina, on behalf of lapa- roscopic peritoneal vagionoplasty in 6 patients（ laprascopic group ） abdominal peritoneum on behalf of vaginoplasty in 5, in our hospital using the line free gas, two groups of patients with surgical conditions, vagina as well as sexual satisfaction were com- pared. Results The operations were successful, two vaginal length and sexual satisfaction was no significant. The difference between the two groups was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, Laparoseopic operation time is short, get out of bed earlier after sur- gery, anal exhaust early, short hospital stay, less bleeding. The two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion Laparascopic peritoneal vaginoplast on behalf of free of gasless trauma, rapid postoperative recovery, postoperative ab- dominal scar free, both minimally invasive and baitiful,worthy of promotion.
