基于粘结的型钢轻骨料混凝土梁有限元分析

摘  要:为研究粘结滑移对型钢轻骨料混凝土梁受力性能的影响,对型钢轻骨料混凝土梁进行了非线性有限元模拟,并且和试验结果进行了比较。基于型钢和混凝土界面存在的粘结力,引入局部粘结滑移本构关系,对型钢应力分布、裂缝形态、荷载-挠度曲线进行了分析。分析中考虑了剪跨比、型钢放置情况等影响因素。分析结果表明:型钢轻骨料混凝土梁受力性能和型钢普通混凝土梁相似,随剪跨比增大,逐渐由斜剪破坏过渡到弯曲破坏。荷载-挠度曲线可明显地划分为三个阶段。考虑粘结的有限元分析结果和试验结果吻合较好,未考虑粘结的有限元计算承载力和刚度均比试验值大。Nonlinear finite element simulation is conducted for steel reinforced lightweight concrete beams to investigate the bond-slip influence on their mechanical properties compared with the experimental results. The steel stress distribution, cracks form, load-deflection curve are analyzed through introducing the local bond-slip constitutive relationship based on the existing bond force between the section steel and concrete interface. Influence factors involving shear span ratio and steel placing situation are considered. Analysis results show that the mechanical properties of the steel reinforced lightweight concrete beams are similar with that of the steel reinforced normal concrete beams. Diagonal shear failure are gradually transformed to flexural failure with the shear span ratio increasing. Loaddeflection curve is obviously divided into three stages. Finite analysis results considering the bond agree well with the test results, while the capacity and stiffness without considering the bond are bigger than the experimental values.
