多层住宅双跑楼梯设计中几个问题的探讨和研究

摘　　要：楼梯的设计合理与否,直接影响着楼梯是否满足功能要求。根据本人多年来的观察和研究发现,多层住宅双跑楼梯设计常会出现一些细节问题,如平面的表达问题、室内地面与室外地面衔接问题及平台和梯段净高问题,本文拟对上述问题进行了探讨,并指出相应的正确处理方法,以保证楼梯的设计质量和使用要求。Whether staircase design is reasonable or not can cause a direct impact on the stairs to meet the functional requirements. According to my observation over the years, there are some key details in two - run stair - rise residential design, such as the plane of expression issues, indoor and outdoor ground surface, the interface between the platform and bench clear height issue. In this paper the above issues are discussed and the corresponding right approaches are pointed out to ensure the quality and use of stair.
