摘　　要：目的探讨快速检测沙门菌的方法,分析PCR技术在沙门菌检测中的应用。方法对已用传统方法检测的沙门菌和非沙门菌采用PCR技术检测,对比分析两种方法的特异性、灵敏度和稳定性。结果 PCR检测技术检出时间比传统方法短,稳定性好,特异性强,灵敏度高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PCR技术检测沙门菌特异性高,灵敏度高,可重复操作性好,方便、快捷,值得推广应用。Objective To research a rapid detection technique for Salmonella,to analysis the application of Polymerase Chain Reaction used to detect the Salmonella.Methods Use Polymerase Chain Reaction to detect Salmonella bacteria and non-Salmonella bacteria detected by traditional method,specificity,sensitivity,stability were compared.Results The detection time detected Salmonella by PCR is shorter than detected by traditional method,stability,specificity,sensitivity were better than traditional method to detect Salmonella,There were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The PCR method to detect Salmonella was highly specific,sensitive,well repeatability operation,convenient,quick,PCR is worth popularization.
