围手术期护理对椎体骨折术后疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期护理对椎体骨折术后疗效的影响。方法收集48例椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各24例,两组患者均采用经皮椎体成形术,但观察组围手术期配合精心护理,对照组未配合精心护理,连续观察两月并随访6个月,比较护理对两组患者临床疗效、疼痛、并发症、疾病恢复时间的影响。结果手术后两组患者均较前好转,但观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者疼痛评分经比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者疼痛情况评分明显低于对照组,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);且观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01);术后疾病恢复时间观察组明显短于对照组,两组相比亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论围手术期精心护理有助于椎体骨折术后恢复,能显著提高疗效、减轻疼痛、减少并发症,缩短疾病恢复时间,临床应推广实施。objective To study the effect of perioperative care of the curative of vertebral fractures.Methods Collected 48 cases of vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,24 patients one group,two groups of patients were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,but with the observation group perioperative intensive care in the control group did not with intensive care,continuous observation of two months and followed up for 6 months,compared two groups of patients with more care and clinical efficacy,pain,complications,disease recovery time situation.Results After surgery,patients were better than before,but the clinical observation group than the control group,two groups were statistically significant differences（P0.05）;pre-treatment pain score by two groups of patients showed no significant differences（P0.05）,after treatment of patients pain score was significantly lower than the control group,two significant differences compared（P0.05）;and the observation group complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,two group were statistically significant differences were（P0.01）;recovery time observed after the disease was significantly shorter than the control group,two groups have significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative intensive care helps restore vertebral fracture surgery,can significantly improve efficacy,reduce pain,reduce complications,shorten recovery time disease,clinical implementation should be promoted.
