摘  要:首先对夹芯泡沫材料的力学性能、动态响应和性能特性进行了简单探讨,然后通过钢筋混凝土、泡沫夹层、钢板混凝土复合结构的抗爆实验,对夹芯泡沫材料的主要特点及其在复合结构中的作用机理进行了研究。结果表明:泡沫夹层对爆炸冲击波具有很好的衰减作用,且这种衰减作用随输入压力的增大而增大。这种特性可使爆炸产生的相对集中的局部压力转化为分布趋向均匀的整体作用压力,从而使内层结构处于有利的受力状态。本文的研究为夹芯泡沫材料在防护工程中的应用提供了技术参考。In this paper, mechanical properties, dynamic response and performance characters of a sandwich structure material with polyurethane foam core were briefly investigated first. Then, the main properties and working mechanism of the foam sandwich material in an anti-blast composite structure were studied based on the experiments of an anti-blast composite structure composed of reinforced concrete, steel plate concrete and foam sandwich, respectively. Results show that the mezzanine foam has a very good blast-wave attenuation function, and this attenuation function increases with the input pressure force increase. This property can transform the concentrated local pressure produced by explosion into a relatively evenly distributed whole pressure, thus makes a safe inner structure stress state. Above results may provide a technical reference for foam sandwich material application in protective engineering.
