兰州市2006—2010年伤害病例流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解兰州市居民伤害发生情况,分析伤害发生的主要因素,为制订预防措施提供科学依据。方法收集兰州市城区和榆中县伤害监测哨点医院2006年1月1日—2010年12月31日填报的伤害监测报告卡资料,按照世界卫生组织伤害监测指南分类标准进行归类和统计分析。结果兰州市伤害哨点监测病例数逐年增加,共计55 464例。伤害病例多为轻度伤害(59.51%),以男性为主(67.22%),其中26～45岁年龄组最多(39.85%)。伤害人群主要为初、高中学历者,伤害发生的原因前3位依次为跌倒/坠落(30.95%)、钝器伤(18.20%)和机动车车祸(17.00%),伤害发生地点前3位依次为公路/街道(26.53%)、家中(26.81%)及工业和建筑场所(10.90%)。机动车车祸是造成死亡的主要伤害类型(45.30%),且伤害程度多为中、重度伤害;不同性别间伤害原因构成比、城乡间伤害原因构成比差异均有统计学意义。结论医院伤害监测是获得伤害信息的重要来源,对确定伤害干预重点、有针对性地运用预防干预措施减少伤害的发生有积极作用。OBJECTIVE To understand the basic situation of injury in Lanzhou city residents and analyze the main risk factors of injury,to provide scientific basis for developing effective preventive measures.METHODS According to WHO standards,there were 55 464 victims,in three sentinel hospitals of Lanzhou City and three sentinel hospitals of Yuzhong County.RESULTS Lanzhou City injury cases were increased year by year,most victims were slight in injury（59.51%）,male（67.22%） and 26～45 years old（39.85%）.Most injury people were middle or high school education level.The top three causes of injuries were tumble/ falling（30.95%）,blunt injury（18.20%）,vehicle accident（17.00%）.The location of the top three injuries were road/ street（26.53%）,home（26.81%）,industrial construction sites（10.90%）.Vehicle accidents are the main type of injury causing death（45.30%）,and the degree of injury is more severe injury;The injury causes of constitute between different gender were different.The injury causes and nature of the constituent between rural and urban were different,the proportion of serious injury in rural areas was significantly higher than urban.CONCLUSIONS Hospital injury information surveillance is to obtain an important source,there is a positive effect to reduce the incidence of injury by determining the focus of injury prevention and using of preventive interventions targeted.
