摘　　要：不动产登记实践表明,不动产登记程序对实现不动产登记法律制度的意义重大。不动产登记程序主要包含主体适格性、主体行为、程序关系的内容以及后果等基本要素。而在对不动产登记程序价值的理解中,可将其分为程序的工具性价值与目的性价值。具体到不动产登记程序规范设计上,应注重程序的启动、审查和决定各个环节的完善和逻辑自洽。Practices of the real estate registration showed that the registration of real estate registration program is of great significance to realize the aim of the legal system. The registration procedure mainly includes subject lattice, the main body fitness behavior, the relationship of the program content, the consequences and other basic elements. The value of the real estate registration procedure can be divided into instrumental value and purpose value of the program. Specific to the design standard of registration procedure, we should pay attention to the beginning, reviewing, link, logic self-consistent and decision.
