摘　　要：汉代家族内部犯罪的主要内容为亲属相犯与夫妻相犯。前者包括不孝罪、亲属间杀伤、相盗、相奸、相告、服丧期间有违伦常。有关后者的法律在保障夫权的同时,对妻子的权利也有保障性规定。The crimes within family groups in Han Dynasty consist of the infringement among the relatives and the infringement between couples.The former contain the non-filial,the murder,the steal,the adultery,the suing between relatives and the violation to the moral principles during mourning.The laws about the latter guarantee the rights of husbands,and also have security provisions for wives＇ right.
