摘 要:以反应气氛作为切入点,研究了在还原气氛下CaO的反应活性问题。研究结果表明在还原气氛下生成的CaO的反应活性要低于在非还原气氛下生成的CaO反应活性;水相条件对已失活CaO反应活性的恢复具有积极作用。研究过程中以四苯硼酸钠重量法测定溶液中可溶性的钾离子,以CaO、磷石膏和钾长石高温焙烧反应所得到的可溶性K2O收率的多少间接表征CaO反应活性的高低。从理论上对CaO在还原气氛下的失活原因进行了一定的探讨。研究对利用工业固体废弃物磷石膏在煤粉条件下热分解制取硫酸以及联产水泥具有重要的指导意义。The paper used reaction atmosphere as breakthrough point,and studied reaction activity of CaO in reducing atmosphere condition.The study results showed that reaction activity of CaO which got in reducing atmosphere condition is lower than one which got in non-reducing atmosphere condition.Aqueous condition has a positive role on the recovery of CaO reaction activity which is inactivated.In the course of study,used the weight method of sodium tetraphenylborate for determination soluble potassium in solution,and indirectly characterized reaction activity of CaO by K2O yield obtained in high temperature calcination reaction of CaO,phosphogypsum and potassium feldspar.The study has investigated theoretically inactivation reasons of CaO in reducing atmosphere condition.The study has important guidance on the use of preparing sulfuric acid and co-production of cement with phosphogypsum of industrial solid waste in coal powder condition.
