摘　　要：根据ＷＨＯ儿童糖尿病多国计划（ＷＨＯ ＤｉａＭｏｎｄ 计划）的登记方法和南宁市儿童１ 型糖尿病登记方法草案，采用捕获－再捕获方法，于１９９５ 年及１９９７ 年在南宁市及其郊县，２６ 所县以上医院和１２２ 个学校及托幼机构登记的ＩＤＤＭ 发病资料进行整理分析。结果表明：１９８９～１９９６年间南宁市１５岁以内儿童发现ＩＤＤＭ ２８例，年平均发病率男性为０．３３／１０ 万，女性为０．５８／１０万，总发病率为０．４５／１０ 万。城区为０．６８／１０ 万，乡村为０．３６／１０万，汉族为０．７２／１０ 万、壮族为０．３４／１０ 万，壮族与汉族间有明显差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。Based on WHO DiaMond Project and Nanning Draft of childhood insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(IDDM) re gistry, a retrospective review was conducted in Nanning area during 1995 to 1997 using the “Capture mark recapture” method.The cases were collected from 26 county or above hospitals and 122 schools or kindergartens in this area.The results showed that the incidence rate of IDDM was 0 45/ 100 000 /year in children under 15 years old,incidence rate was 0 33/ 100 000 in male and 0 58/ 100 000 in female,0 68/ 100 000 in urban and 0 36/ 100 000 in rural,0 72/ 100 000 in Han and 0 34/ 100 000 in Zhuang.There was significant difference between Han and Zhuang( P <0 05).
