摘　　要：良性气道狭窄病因多种多样，患者个体情况也存在很大差异，不同患者究竟选择何种治疗方法米解除气道狭窄，需结合病因与患者的个体情况等综合分析。目前常用的气道狭窄治疗方法包括传统的手术治疗、药物治疗和近十年迅速发展起来的介入治疗。本文主要介绍常用的几种气道狭窄处理方法及该领域的研究新进展。Tbe pathogeny of benign airway stenosis is varied,and individual condition of patients is also various. For different patients, the pathogeny and patients＇ condition should be comprehensively analyzed to relieve the airway stenosis. Now the common treatment of benign airway stenosis includes traditional surgery, medication, and interventional therapy which has been developed rapidly in the decade. This paper mainly introduces several common treatment of benign airway stenosis and the research progress in this field.
