化痰平喘片中盐酸异丙嗪的含量测定

摘　　要：建立化痰平喘片中盐酸异丙嗪的HPLC含量测定方法.色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX80A,Extent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.5%三乙胺溶液33 67为流动相,流速:0.9 mL.m in-1,检测波长为249 nm,柱温:30℃.结果:盐酸异丙嗪在0.10～0.20μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9).平均回收率为98.37%,RSD=0.59%(n=6).结论:方法准确可靠,可作为化痰平喘片的质量控制方法.Objective to establish a HPLC method for determining the content of promethazine hydrocholoride in Huatanpingchuan tablets.Methods The determination of promethazine hydrocholoride in Huatanpingchuan tablets was carried on a column of Agilent ZORBAX80A,Extent C18,250×4.6mm,5μm,by HLPC.The mobile phase was 3367 of acetonitrile and 0.5% triethylamine with phosphoric acid for adjusting to pH 3.0.The detection wavelength,the flow rate and the column temperature was 249nm,0.9mLomin-1 and 30℃,respectively.Results the sample size in determination by HPLC for promethazine hydrocholoride in huatanpingchuan tablets was between 0.01μg and 0.20μg for ideal linearity,r=0.9999,n=5.The average recoveries was 98.37% with the RSD=0.59%,n=6.Conclusion The method is accurate and highly repeatable for quality control for promethazine hydrocholoride in huatanpingchuan tablets.
