摘  要:探讨细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)与妊高征发病的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法测定50 例妊高征患者和30例正常孕妇胎盘组织内ICAM-1的表达。结果:与正常孕妇相比,①妊高征组胎盘血管内皮 ICAM-1的表达率及表达强度明显增高(P<0.01),且随着病情加重,血管内皮ICAM-1的表达增强(P<0.05)。 ②妊高征组胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞ICAM-1的表达率及表达强度明显降低(P<0.005),且随着病情加重,绒毛 合体滋养细胞ICAM-1的表达减少(P<0.05)。结论:胎盘血管内皮及绒毛上皮ICAM-1的表达异常参与了妊 高征血管内皮损伤的病理生理过程,可能是妊高征发生发展过程中的一个重要环节。: To study the relationship between intercellular adhension molecule-1(ICAM-1)and pregnancy -induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: 50 pregnant women with PIH and 30 normotensive pregnant women were studied in the present study. Expression of ICAM-1 in placental tissue was determined using immuno- histochemical staining. Results: Compared with the normotensive pregmamt women,① Expression of ICAM-1 in vascular endothelia in PIH group increased significantly(P < 0.01). The more severe, the more expansion of ICAM-1. ②Expression of ICAM-1 in vascular syncytiotro phoblast in PIH group decreased significantly(P<0.005)). The more severe, the less expression of ICAM-1. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of ICAM-1 in placental tissue in PIH may be involved in the pathophysiologic process of endothelial damage and development of PIH.
