摘　　要：[目的]研究老年急性肠梗阻病人保守治疗期间的护理,评定其护理效果。[方法]将48例保守治疗的老年急性肠梗阻病人随机分为两组,以采取常规护理的24例病人为对照组,以采取加强护理的24例病人为研究组,对比两组病人的护理效果。[结果]研究组病人住院时间短于对照组;病人的精神状态、相关知识掌握情况优于对照组;总满意率高于对照组(P均<0.01)。[结论]对保守治疗的老年急性肠梗阻病人加强护理可缓解病人不良情绪、提高病人满意度、缩短住院时间。Objective：To study the nursing care of conservative treatment of elderly patients with acute ileus,and assess the nursing effect.Methods：A total of 48 elderly patients with acute ileus treated by conservative treatment were randomly divided into two groups,24 patients who accepted routine care were taken as control group,and intensive care for another 24 patients as study group,then to compare the nursing effect between two groups.Results：The length of stay of patients in study group was shorter than that in control group,the mental state,relevant knowledge level of patients in study group were better than those in control group,the total satisfaction rate was higher than those in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：intensive care for elderly patients with acute ileus treated by conservative treatment can relieve the bad mood of the patients,improve patients＇ satisfaction,and shorten the length of stay.
