摘　　要：为研究推拿治疗椎基底动脉供血不足（ＶＢＩ）的临床效果，本文观察推拿并静脉滴注复方丹参、单纯静脉滴注复方丹参以及静脉滴注复方丹参并口服尼莫地平片三种不同方法治疗ＶＢＩ的临床效果，以Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析及Ｕ 检验对三组疗效进行分析证实推拿为主治疗ＶＢＩ疗效最优。作者同时讨论了推拿治疗ＶＢＩ的机理，并认为推拿并静脉滴注复方丹参治疗ＶＢＩ内外合治，能迅速改善椎基底动脉供血，消除临床症状。This paper reported a clinic study on treating VBI with tuina therapy.The author treaed VBI—88 cases with tuina & intravenosus-drip Salvia miltiorrhozae Bga compasita,80 cases with only intravenosus-drip Salvia miltiorrhizae Bga compasita,82 cases with intravenosus-drip Salvia miltiorrhizae Bga compasita and taking Tablets Nimodipine.The author analysis the effective of the three groups with Ridit-analysis and U -examination.This proved that the effective of the 88 cases treated with tuina & intravenosus-drip Salvia miltiorrhizae Bga compasita was the best (P<0.01).The author commented treating VBI with tuina & intravenosus-drip Salvia miltiorrhizae Bga compasita can improrve the blood-flooding station of vertebrobasilar quickly ,patients'signs can be subsided.It must become the best therapy of the treating of VBI.
