摘　　要：针对宁夏石化公司第一套化肥尿素装置中的成品尿素传输系统出现的跑、漏料事故,详细分析了输送皮带运行过程中出现的问题,采取对卸料关键装置部件、皮带纠偏系统进行改造以及加强工艺管理等措施,消除了隐患,为成品尿素平稳顺利进入包装线提供保障。According to the trouble of running and leaking in finished urea transmission system of No.1 urea plant in Ningxia petrochemical company,this paper analyzes the detail problems of transmitting on belt,taking modification on key units of unloading equipment and belt corrective system,strengthening process management to eliminate hidden troubles and guarantee that the finished product urea can enter into packaging line smoothly.
