摘 要:针对双余度电传刹车系统的试验要求和现有试验方法存在的问题,结合NI PXI/Labvew RT虚拟仪器和MATLAB/Simulink联合实时建模仿真技术,设计并实现了双余度电传刹车系统半物理仿真试验环境。以某型飞机参数及相关附件为试验条件,通过该试验环境实现了飞机起飞和着陆刹车过程的动态仿真和在线故障注入,有效验证了刹车系统的功能。在缺少某些刹车附件情况下该试验环境仍可验证刹车系统的性能。Focusing on the test requirements of double redundant wheel brake system by wire and the problems existing in the current test methods of aircraft wheel brake system,a HIL simulation test environment of double redundant aircraft wheel brake system was designed and implemented,combining with the NI PXI/Labview RT virtual instrument technology and modeling and simulation technology in MATLAB/Simulink.Taking parameters of a certain type airplane and related accessories as the experimental conditions,dynamic simulation of the take-off and landing brake process and fault injection inline were implemented through this environment,which verified the performance of the aircraft braking systems.It can still verify the brake system performance without some accessories.
