多层螺旋CT对冠状动脉疾病的诊断进展

摘　　要：目的:利用多层螺旋CT明确冠状动脉病变,寻求一种简便安全可靠的检查手段。方法:使用国内最先进的320排螺旋CT或新双源CT等先进工具,观察冠状动脉狭窄及支架等情况。结果:使用64层和256层以上的螺旋CT图像质量明显提高,对冠状动脉的评价和判断更加可靠。50%以上的狭窄判断,敏感性和特异性达到了94%和97%。结论:高端螺旋CT对冠状动脉病变的检出可靠,可用于疑似冠心病病人的无创检查或冠状动脉病变的诊断。Objective：To find a easy,safe and reliable examination way to confirm the position of coronary artery stenosis by multilayer Spiral CT（MSCT）. Methods：The condition of coronary artery stenosis and stents was determined by advanced tools such as 320-slice MSCT or new DSCT. Results：This assessment and diagnosis of coronary diseases was more reliable because the great improvement of imaging by MSCT. The sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of stenosis over 50% reached 94% and 97%,respectively. Conclusion：Advanced MSCT is more suitable for the coronary diseases. It can be used for examination in the suspected cases of coronary diseases and diagnosis of coronary artery diseases.
