摘　　要：目的研究瓦松的化学成分。方法用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20色谱柱分离、纯化,通过理化性质、光谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果从瓦松中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为齐墩果酸(Ⅰ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ),草质素-8-O-α-D-来苏糖苷(Ⅲ),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(Ⅳ),尿嘧啶(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅱ～Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅰ系首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Orostachys fimbriatus（Turcz.）Berg..Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as： oleanolic acid（Ⅰ）,daucosterol（Ⅱ）,herbacetin-8-O-α-D-lyxopyranoside（Ⅲ）,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid（Ⅳ）,uracil（Ⅴ）.Conclusion Ⅱ～Ⅴwere first isolated from the plants of Orostachys;Ⅰwas first isolated from this plant.
