摘　　要：以中平能化集团公司平煤股份十二矿的煤层地质条件为例,分析了水压爆破防突措施的原理、具体实施方案及有效性,为煤矿深部煤巷掘进过程中防突课题的研究,提供了一种新的煤与瓦斯突出防治技术,所形成较系统的观点和研究方法,将在深部矿井瓦斯灾害防治、低透气性煤层和煤层气资源高效开采等领域得到广泛应用,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。Takes the coal geology conditions of No. 12 mine in Zhongping energy chemical group company for example, analyzes the principle,concrete implementation plan and effectivenesss of the hydraulic blasting. Deep in coal mine roadway excavation process outburst prevention research project, provide a new coal and gas outburst prevention and control technology. A system formed by the ideas and research methods will be widely used in deep mine gas hazard prevention, low permeability coal seam and CBM resources high - efficient exploitation and other areas. It has remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
