摘　　要：作为我国诉讼法学界和司法实践部门高度关注的热点和难点问题,深入探讨刑事非法证据排除规则问题,对于完善诉讼立法,规范司法实践,具有十分重要的意义。本文在剖析我国现行非法证据排除规则缺陷与不足的基础上,建议通过完善立法、明确非法证据的效力和配套制度的建立等工作的推进完善非法证据排除规则。As the hot and difficult problems of our procedural law and judicial practice,the discussing of the issue is of significance to perfecting procedure legislation,regulating judicial practice.On the basis of analysis of the current illegal evidence elimination rule defects and limitations,this article suggests to promote eliminating rules of criminal illegal evidence through perfecting legislation,make clear the effectiveness of illegal evidence and the establishment of supporting systems.
