摘 要:近年来随着微量物证鉴定技术水平的提高,微量物证在各种案件的侦破过程中发挥出越来越重要的作用。树皮是在凶杀、盗窃、毁坏树木、交通事故案件中常见的一种微量物证。文章利用荧光光谱法、一阶导数荧光光谱法对常见树皮的浸提物进行了分析。结果表明,不同树种树皮浸提物的荧光光谱图呈现的峰数、峰位及峰形有一定的差异;一阶导数光谱图中正、负峰的峰数及振幅值的比值差异显著,从而确定了利用荧光光谱法鉴定树皮种类的依据。With the development of the identification of trace evidence in recent years,trace evidence is playing an increasingly important role during the investigation of cases.The wood bark is the common trace evidence in most scenes of murder,theft,destruction of trees cases and traffic accidents.This paper mainly researched on the extract of the common bark by the means of fluorescence spectroscopy analysis and the first derivative spectroscopy analysis.The result indicated that in the fluorescence spectrogram of the extract from different trees,the number of peakst,he peak value and the peak shape have certain differences.Meanwhile,in the first derivative spectrogram,the number of positive peaks and negative peaks and the amplitude ratio have remarkable differences,separately.Finally,the fluorescence spectrum method was developed for the identification of the type of the wood bark.
