摘　　要：高校毕业生服义务兵役制是满足现代战争需要和提高部队战斗力的必然选择。文章从高校毕业生服义务兵役制的法律依据入手,阐述了高校毕业生服义务兵役制的现实意义,并提出了高校毕业生服义务兵役制的几点建议。The compulsory military service on college graduates is the inevitable choice of meeting the needs of modern warfare and improving the combat effectiveness.This essay starts from the legal basis of the compulsory military service on university graduates,then describes the practical significance of it,and puts forward some suggestions.
