摘  要:介绍京沪高速铁路CRTSⅡ型轨道板精调工艺流程,即在轨道基准点(GRP)上架设全站仪、固定定向棱镜,在承轨槽处放置测量标架,通过测量确定标架上每个棱镜存在的位差,进行轨道板调整。探讨轨道板精调施工技术,为今后提高CRTSⅡ型轨道板精调工艺和质量提供参考。Introduced in the paper are the precisely adjusting processes for type-II CRTS track slabs of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, namely, installing an electronic total station at the reference point of the track, fixing the directional prisms, provding the survey frame at the track-bearing groove, and precisely adjusting the track slabs by measuring and determi- ning the position difference of each prism on the survey frame. The exploration into the construction techniques for the precise adjustment of the track slabs may provide a useful reference for the improvement of the process and quality of the precise ad- justment of type-II CRTS track slabs in the future.
