煤炭工业循环经济支持力评价的指标体系与方法

摘　　要：所谓煤炭工业循环经济支持力从系统学的角度可以定义为:在一定社会条件下,一定时期内,煤炭工业系统内外各因素对循环经济发展所起支持作用的大小或强弱。文章根据煤炭工业循环经济特点及其影响因素,构建了由8大要素25项指标组成的煤炭工业循环经济支持力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价模型可计算特定研究对象的煤炭工业循环经济支持力,据此能为促进煤炭工业循环经济发展提出对策和建议。From the point of systematology,bearing capacity of circular economy of coal industry means under certain social conditions and during a particular period of time,the size or degree of strength of the supporting role of various factors within and outside the coal industry on the development of circular economy.This paper builds the evaluation index system of circular economy support of coal industry which includes both internal and external support system consisted with 8 major factors and 25 indicators;it can calculate the supporting force of specific object by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation model.Accordingly,some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting circular economic development of coal industry can be offered.
