振荡流热管内流动及传热特性计算分析

摘  要:针对回路型振荡流热管,结合目前理论分析及实验研究结果,对其内部流动及传热过程进行合理简化建立了物理模型。通过划分适宜的单元体,对单元体管内汽—液塞的受力情况进行分析,构建了单元体及整个回路的数学模型。对振荡流热管加热段内流动及传热特性以及结构和运行参数对其影响进行了计算分析,揭示了振荡流热管内单相对流传热与相变对流传热所起的作用,并与相关的实验及研究结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:管径及充液率对振荡流热管传热性能影响较大,且相互耦合;振荡流热管内的传热特性主要决定于工质的单相对流传热过程,而沸腾传热过程作用相对较小;特定条件下热传输功率随加热功率的变化趋势,理论计算与实验研究结果基本相符。According to the loop oscillating-flowheat pipe(OFHP),combining theoretical analysis and experimental results,this paper makes a reasonable simplification to the process of internal flow and heat transfer and establishes a physical model.Through dividing the appropriate unit cell,it makes an analysis to the stress of the gas-liquid slug in the loop-type pipe,and establishes the mathematical model to the unit cell and the whole loop.It makes a calculating analysis to the flow and heat transfer characteristics,structure and influence by operation parameters in the heating section of OFHP.Then it reveals the effects of single convective heat and change convective heat in OFHP,and compares the results with the related experimental results.The results show that pipe diameter and filling rate of the liquid will have a big influence to the heat transfer in OFHP,and mutual coupling.The heat characteristics in OFHP is mainly dependent on the process of the single-phase convection heat transfer of in the work fluid,relatively less on the process of the boiling heat transfer.The heat transfer power will change with the heating power under the specific conditions.At last,the theoretical calculation and experimental study results almost correspond.
