天然硅藻土中的杂质快速清除

摘　　要：针对几种加入了NH4HSO4的天然硅藻土的焙烧进行了研究。结果表明:经处理后的硅藻土中杂质被清除,质量达到一级硅藻土的水平。焙烧处理条件是:温度400℃,处理时间1～1.5 h,加入NH4HSO4量是清除硅藻土中杂质Al2O3、Fe2O3所需理论克分子量的2倍。In this paper,several kinds of natural diatomite with NH4HSO4 are studied.The results show that：the impurities in natural diatomite are removed after treatment.The quality of diatomite after roasting achieves a level of first class.Roasting conditions are：temperature is 400 ℃;the roasting time is 1～1.5 hours;the volume of joining NH4HSO4 is twice of the weight of theoretical molecular grams needed in clearance of impurities Al2O3,Fe2O3.
