摘　　要：对物质帮助权在东西方的实现进行分析对比,以探索物质帮助权实现的制度架构,论述了我国在物质帮助权的实现方面存有的不足,包括作为宪法权利的缺失、司法救济的缺乏及理论研究上的滞后,并提出了相对的解决方案,指出需要从完善立法、推进司法救济和提升理论研究等方面予以完善和发展。The article comparatively analyses the realization of material help rights in eastern and western countries,and researches on the system framework of the realization of material help rights.The article researches on the deficiency of the realization of material help rights in our country,including missing of the rights on the constitutional stage,and the deficiency of judicial relief,and backward theory research.And corresponding solutions are provided,it points out that we need to improve legislation,and promote judicial relief,and strengthen theory research,etc,so as to perfect and develop the realization of material help rights in our country.
