埋线配合放血疗法治疗偏头痛临床疗效及脑血流动力学观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位埋线及放血疗法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将80例患者随机分为两组。A组为治疗组,采用穴位埋线及放血疗法治疗;B组为药物组,采用口服西比灵治疗。两组患者分别在治疗前及治疗后采用偏头痛诊断、疗效评定标准进行评分,判定治疗效果。同时采用经颅多普勒超声对治疗前后的大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)平均脑血流速度进行检测。结果穴位埋线及放血疗法能有效缓解偏头痛的症状,改善头痛发作次数、头痛程度、持续时间及伴随症状,并对颅内血流动力学产生影响。两组患者治疗效果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线及放血疗法可提高偏头痛临床治疗效果,能对颅内血流动力学产生影响。Objective To study the cerebral hemodynamic effect of catgut embedment and bloodletting therapy on patient（pts） with migraine.Methods Eighty pts with migraine were randomly divided into two groups：Group A treated with catgut embedment and bloodletting therapy,and group B treated with flunarizine.The clinical efficacies were evaluated and scores were calculated according to the standard suggestion of diagnosis and efficacy on migraine before and after the treatments.The mean blood flow rates of middle cerebral artery,anterior cerebral artery,and posterior cerebral artery were tested with transcranial Doppler.Results The catgut embedment and bloodletting therapy could significantly relief the migraine,decrease the attacks,and improve the cerebral hemodynamics（P0.05）.Conclusion Catgut embedment and bloodletting therapy could increase clinical efficacy for pts with migraine.
