摘 要:目的探讨血脂康对db/db糖尿病小鼠坐骨神经传导速度的影响。方法将12周龄db/db小鼠随机分为3组,分别给予血脂康低剂量(0.3 g/kg)、高剂量(0.6 g/kg)及安慰剂灌胃8周,同周龄db/m小鼠作为非糖尿病对照组。投药8周后行糖耐量试验,治疗前后分别测定db/db糖尿病小鼠及db/m小鼠坐骨神经的传导速度。结果与db/db对照组比较,血脂康不同剂量组治疗8周后总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及空腹血糖下降(P<0.05)。糖负荷120 min后葡萄糖曲线下面积(AUCg)和胰岛素曲线下面积(AUCins)均低于db/db对照组,而血脂康两组之间比较无统计学意义。血脂康两组治疗后坐骨神经传导速度明显高于对照组,而高剂量组优于低剂量组。结论血脂康在降低血脂、血糖的同时,能提高坐骨神经传导速度,对周围神经具有保护作用,其作用独立于调脂降糖。Objective To investigate the effect of Xuezhikang capsule(XZK) on motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) of sciatic nerve.Methods Mice models with diabetes were randomized to XZK low dose group(0.3 mg/kg),XZK high dose group(0.6 g/kg) and control group(placebo).The age-matched nondiabetic littermates db/m mice were treated with placebo as the controls.After treatment for 8 weeks,intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test and insulin release test were performed.Motor nerve conduction velocity of sciatic nerve was determined.Results Compared with control group,the levels of plasma total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,triglyceride,fasting plasma glucose,the area under curve of glucose,and the area under curve of insulin were lower in low and high dose groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.MNCV was higher in XZK groups after treatment than that in control groups.MNCV in XZK high dose group was higher than that in XZK low dose group.Conclusion XZK could effectively improved MNCV and the benefits were independent to decrease of glucose and lipid.
