摘 要:目的探讨手机短信信息支持方式对经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者服药依从性的影响。方法选择2008年1—11月在复旦大学附属金山医院行经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者出院后,实验组进行每周1次手机短信信息支持,提醒按时服药等内容。于4周1、2周和24周比较两组患者中完全遵医服药例次以及阿司匹林和氯吡格雷的剩余药片量。结果 4周时两组患者服药依从性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12周和24周时实验组服药依从性与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对经皮冠状动脉介入术后出院患者采用手机短信支持的方式,能及时提醒患者按时服药、注意休息和适当运动等事宜,对提高患者的遵医依从性有积极的推动作用。Objective To investigate the influence of text messaging service on medication compliance in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 100 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from January to November 2008 were recruited.They were randomly and equally divided into the experiment group and control group.The experiment group was supported with text messaging service,a medication reminder on time.The patients′ compliance was assessed by the number of cases who completely followed medical advice and the remaining tablets of aspirin and clopidogrel 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks after discharge from hospital.Results There was no significant difference in medication compliance between the two groups 4 weeks after discharge from hospital(P0.05).However,the medication compliance significantly improved in the experiment group compared with that in the control group 12 weeks and 24 weeks after discharge from hospital(P0.01).Conclusion The text messaging service can improve the medication compliance in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.It is a practical and effective way to improve their compliance.
