血清骨源性碱性磷酸酶在维生素D缺乏性佝偻病早期诊断的研究

摘  要:目的:研究骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)在儿童堆生素D缺乏性佝偻病早期诊断的意义。方法:采用骨源性碱性磷酸酶试荆盒对133例佝偻稿忠病蛆和随机抽取148例正常对照组进行外周血中的BALP、钙、磷、ALP的舍量进行分析。结果:佝偻病患病组外周血BALP的舍量(265.00±29.81)U/L明显高于正常对照组(240.47±22.72)U/L(P〈0.05);枸偻病患病组外周血钙的含量(2.24±0.15)U/L与正常对照组外周血钙的含量(2.33±0.17)U/L比较元显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论;外周血BALP含量在儿童维生素D缺乏性佝偻病中异常升高,捡出率高于外周血钙;外用血BALP的洲定对佝偻病早期诊断特异性强。Objective To research early diagnosis for vitamin D deprivation rickets in children by the levels of serum bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP) and calcium. Method Adopt Serum BALP and calcium levels in 133 rickets children and 148 normal children as controls determined by BALP Kit. Results The serum BALP levels were(265.00±29.81)U/L in rickets children,and there was significant difference compared with controls group(240.47±22.72) U/L(P〈0.05). The serum calcium levels were (2.24± 0. 15)U/L in rickets children, and there was not significant difference compared with controls group (2.33±0. 17)U/L(P〉0.05). Conclusion Serum BALP levels were higher in vitamin D deprivation rickets childern. And there is serum BALP high specificity in serum BALP on early diagnosis for vitamin D deprivation rickets.
