摘　　要：目的：探讨心脏生物瓣置换术治疗心脏瓣膜病的临床疗效。方法：对2003年12月至2010年12月我院收治的180例心脏瓣膜病患者施行人工生物瓣膜置换术，并进行随访分析。结果：术后早期并发症发生率和死亡率分别为7．5％和2．5％；平均随访18个月，生存者中心功能均较术前有所好转，无严重抗凝事件及晚期并发症发生。结论：人工生物瓣膜置换安全有效，并发症少，近期疗效显著。Objective：To explore the effect of bioprosthesis valve replacement on the treatment of heart valve disease, Methods： 180 patients with heart valve disease in our hospital from 2003.12 to 2010. 12 were treated by bioprosthesis valve replacement and followed up. Result：The rate of early postoperative complications and morbidity were 7.5% and 2.5%, respectively. All the cased survived were followed up for 18 month on average. Heart function were improved, no serious anticoagulant events and later complications. Conclusions： Bioprosthesis valve replacement is safe and effective , with less complications and high recent curative effect.
