糖化血清蛋白与胎儿发育的相关性研究

摘  要:目的:通过比较小于胎龄儿(SGA)与适于胎龄儿(AGA)糖化血清蛋白(GSP)水平,探讨GSP与胎儿发育的关系厦新生儿检测GSP的意义.方法:46例SGA为病例组,60例AGA为对照组,对两组新生儿GSP水平及体格发育指标进行测定分析.结果:①GSP水平与新生儿出生体重、身长、头围、BMI呈正相关,与生后即时血糖水平羌相关性。②SGA组GSP水平均低于对照组,组问差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。SGA纽与对照组生后即时血糖水平的差异无统计学意义。结论:GSP可以作为反映胎儿宫内发育及营养状态的指标,并对生后低血糖的发生有预测价值。Objective Through comparing the GSP concentration of small for gestational age (SGA) and appropriate for gestational age (AGA), fur- ther study the Correlation between GSP,intrauterine average blood glucose level and intrauterine fetal growth. Methods There were 46 cases of SGA were enrolled in analyzed, 60 cases of AGA were enrolled in normal control group. Their femoral vein blood and heel blood samples were obtained at postnatal one hour. We measured the serum level of GSP, albumin (ALB), glucose. The birth weight and length, head circumference were measured. BMI were then calculated out. Results 1. GSP of SGA was lower than AGA ( P 〈 0.05). 2. GSP concentration was positively related to birth weight, body mass index (BMI), birth length,head circumference , all P〈 0.05. There was no correlation between GSP concentration and the present blood glucose level. Conclusion GSP could reflect the intrauterine fetal development and nutritional status, and have great value in predicting hypoglycemia.
