人工双极股骨头置换和空心加压钉治疗股骨颈骨折

摘　　要：目的；评价人工双极股骨头王换与加压空。螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：从2005年1月-2010年1月随机轴取关节置换术及空心钉制动木患者各36例.结果：①股骨头王换组平均年龄76岁，平均住院时间分别为（19．2±1.51）d，手术时间平均为53．18分钟，平均出血量258．17ml。平均输血量320．36ml．Harris评分优良率76％．②空心加压钉组平均年龄53．5岁，平均住院时间（18．2±1．30）d，手术时间平均为41．32min，平均出血量48．9ml，仅2例患者输血，输血量均为100ml。Harris评分平均为优良率63．8％。结论：对能自理的无移位的基底骨折，GardenⅢ以下的，以及生活不能自理的各型患者行三救钉固定术。对年龄〉60岁，骨折有移位，GardenⅢ以上的，体质较差，有一种以上并存症的忠者行人工股骨头置换。Objective assessment of an artificial hollow under the upper thigh and treatment of the femoral neck bone fractures, methods the clinical effect from 2005.1--2010.1 random provide the joint operation and went out with an example, the 36 patients.
