摘　　要：目的：探讨家庭干预对肾移植手术后患者生活质量的影响。方法：对患者肾移植手术后的家庭护理干预的方法进行探讨，考察其对患者术后生活质量的影响。结果：经过干预．降低了患者术后排异反应和术后并发症的发生率。结论：肾移植手术后对患者实施家庭护理干预。有利于延长移植肾的存活时间，提高患者术后的生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of family intervention on the quality of lifeof the patients aft 1 transplantation. Method The method of home nursing intervention on the patients after renal transplantation was investigated and effect of the intervention on quality of llfe was ob- served. Results After the intervention, the incidence rate of rejection and postoperative complications were low. Conclusion The family intervention on the patients after renal transplantation is profit for prolonging the survival time of transplanted renal and increasing the quality of llfe of the patients.
