层级管理对护士专业素质的影响

摘  要:目的:探索层级管理对护士专业素质的影响。方法:采用自制护士工作满意度自我评价调查表,对198名参与层级管理的护士进行20个条目的调查;内容包括职业道德,工作态度,技术水平,综合能力等。结果:层级管理前后工作满意度自我评价量化评分均有显著增加(P〈0.05),说明层级管理对不同职称、不同学历护士整体工作满意度均有明显提高。结论:护理层级管理模式能促进护士职业生涯规划管理的发展,对建立与维持高素质的护工队伍,为病患提供高质量护理,促进共同发展起到了积极的作用。Objective: To explore the effect of hierarchical management on the professional quality of nurse. Methods: A self--made Job satisfaction self--evaluation survey includes 20 entries was used to investigated 198 nurses involved in the hierarchical management; Content of professional ethics, work attitudes, skills, comprehensive ability, etc. Results: The level of management self--evaluation of job satisfaction before and after the quantitative score were significantly increased (P 〈0. 05), shows the hierarchical management was significantly improved the overall job satisfaction in different titles, and qualifications of nurses. Conclusion: The hierarchical management to nurses can promote the development of career planning and management, has played a positive role to promote common development about the establishment and maintenance of high--quality nursing team and provide high quality patient care.
