单层球面网壳缺陷极限荷载概率分布研究

摘　　要：单层球面网壳是对缺陷比较敏感的大跨空间结构,节点的初始安装偏差、杆件的初弯曲、杆件的残余应力是影响结构稳定性的三种主要初始缺陷。本文利用半波正弦曲线考虑了杆件的初始弯曲影响,根据CRC模型推导了能够考虑残余应力影响的应力应变关系,并利用有限元软件ansys的二次开发编写了相应的程序;然后利用蒙特卡洛法针对不同的节点安装偏差样本进行双非线性计算,进而得出网壳结构的极限荷载概率分布规律和其最小极限荷载。从而为单层球面网壳结构的设计和应用提供了方便。The single-layer spherical reticulated shell is the long span structure which is sensitive to imperfections.The initial imperfections reducing structural stability are installation deviation of nodes and initial curvature and residual stress of element.The stress-strain curve concerning the residual stress was got by model CRC;the influence of initial curvature was got by the half-sinusoid and the programs were written by ANSYS secondary exploitation.Then double nonlinear calculations were made for the different nodes deviation samples by Monte Carlo method,a probability distribution of limit load and Minimum limit load was got.So the researches are convenient to the single-layer spherical reticulated shell.
